About Us
The Proprietor of Ocean Flooring is Phil Gilbert. He has been fitting carpet and contract flooring for nearly 20 years. He served a full 5 year apprenticeship and gained a diploma from Kidderminster Carpet College before spending several years living and working on the Northern beaches of Sydney, Australia where he was responsible for a small team of fitters working in the luxury end of the Sydney market.
